人結腸癌細胞HCT116
人結腸癌細胞HCT116 是1979年BrattainM等分離建立的3株惡性細胞之一;產(chǎn)生CEA、角蛋白。在半固體瓊脂糖培養(yǎng)基中形成克隆。HCT116在無胸腺的裸鼠有致瘤性,形成上皮樣的腫瘤。
