人視網(wǎng)膜色素上皮細胞 ARPE19 該細胞系系源自于一名19歲車禍罹難的健康男性的視網(wǎng)膜組織，由AmyAotaki-Keen建系于1986年。該細胞系表達視網(wǎng)膜色素細胞特有的分子標記如胞內(nèi)視黃醛結(jié)合蛋白和PRE-65。
